Your Role as a SEN Teaching Assistant
With this role in the education and training sector, you will play a key role in helping pupils access learning and develop essential life skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs in the classroom
Working closely with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored learning
Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour

Supporting pupils during both structured learning and creative activities
