The Role:
Full-time, long-term position with an immediate start
Supporting pupils with SEND within the classroom and through targeted interventions
Working closely with class teachers and support staff to deliver tailored learning plans
Encouraging pupil progress, independence, and confidence
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
About You:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
Previous experience supporting SEND pupils in a primary school setting
A patient, empathetic, and reliable approach
A strong commitment to inclusion and supporting every child's development
