⭐ What You’ll Need

Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
*
Experience in a Children’s Residential Home
*
Strong understanding of safeguarding and OFSTED frameworks
*
Confident leading shifts and supporting junior staff
*
Driving licence preferred
