💰 Rate: £42 per hour (Umbrella)
📍 Location: Brackmills, Northampton (Hybrid - 3 days office based)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to lead the Multi Agency Exploitation Hub. This is a specialist role managing a team of Advanced Practitioners who coordinate multi-agency responses for young people at high risk of exploitation.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct line management of 6 Advanced Practitioners within the Exploitation Hub
Lead and coordinate multi-agency responses for children at risk of criminal and sexual exploitation
Provide expert advice and guidance to locality teams
Oversee risk assessment, safety planning, and intervention strategies
Chair and contribute to complex exploitation strategy meetings
Develop mapping and identification of community hotspots
Ensure practice aligns with contextual safeguarding and trauma-informed approachesEssential Requirements:
Minimum 4 years' experience as a Team Manager within Children's Services (MANDATORY)
Strong experience in Multi Agency Exploitation / MACE / exploitation hubs (MANDATORY)
Extensive background working with children at risk of:
Criminal Exploitation (CCE)
Sexual Exploitation (CSE)
Trafficking
In-depth knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
Experience in risk analysis, safety planning, and multi-agency working
Sexual Exploitation Training required
SWE Registration & UK Local Authority experienceImportant:
Candidates without Team Manager experience in exploitation hubs will be rejected
Minimum 4 years TM experience is essential - no exceptionsWorking Arrangements:
Hybrid working - 3 days office-based
