Tech Recruiter

ABC is looking for a driven and ambitious Tech Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to progress quickly within a growing recruitment business.

You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top tech talent across a range of roles while building and managing your own client and candidate network.

Responsibilities

* Source and attract high-quality tech candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals

* Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through to placement

* Build strong relationships with candidates and clients

* Conduct candidate screening calls and interviews

* Write and post engaging job adverts

* Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process

* Maintain and grow a pipeline of tech talent

* Work towards individual and team revenue targets

* Develop new business opportunities where possible

Requirements

* Previous recruitment or sales experience preferred but not essential

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Self-motivated, competitive, and target-driven

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Confident using LinkedIn and recruitment platforms

* Interest in the technology sector
