Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary day-to-day interface between the project team and the client’s Facilities Management teams.

* Coordinate technical, MEP and facilities-related issues across the live refurbishment works.

* Work closely with Site Managers to identify, communicate and resolve issues affecting ongoing operations.

* Manage actions between subcontractors, the construction team and client/FM stakeholders through to resolution.

* Coordinate access, isolations, shutdowns, commissioning and other activities impacting existing building services.

* Attend and lead relevant coordination meetings, maintaining clear records and tracking actions.

* Support commissioning, handover, snagging and close-out activities as the project progresses.

* Previous experience as a Technical Services Manager, Building Services Manager, M&E Manager or similar within a main contracting environment.

* Strong knowledge of MEP/building services within refurbishment or live operational environments.

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with client FM teams.
