Job Title: Technical Supervisor
Salary: £50,000 - £52,000 per annum
Location: Bromley, Kent
Job Type: Technical/ Engineering
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Job Summary
We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated technical supervisor to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll oversee a large commercial in Bromley, leading a team of 5 engineers to ensure high standards of service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing and supervising a team of 5 Multi-Skilled Engineers
• Overseeing daily operations across site
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry standards
• Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance activities
• Acting as the main point of contact for client and on-site stakeholders
• Monitoring performance, reporting, and service delivery standards
Requirements
• Proven experience within Facilities Management
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial building services
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Right to work in the UK
