Technical Writer to join our team in London for a 6-month contract.
In this role, you'll bridge the gap between technical complexity and user understanding, ensuring our support staff and customers have the high-quality documentation they need to succeed.
What You'll Do
Demystify the Complex: Translate intricate data and business specifications into user-friendly manuals, how-to guides, and assembly instructions.
Investigate & Collaborate: Gather insights through research, statistical reports, and interviews with our engineering and technical teams.
Visualize Processes: Create document flow diagrams and develop comprehensive user-training materials.
Quality Control: Review and edit existing technical documents for grammar, style, and content accuracy.
Document Requirements: Map out business processes and write detailed functional requirements.What We're Looking For
The Credentials: A degree in a related technical or communications field.
The Skills: Exceptional technical writing ability with a sharp eye for detail.
The Versatility: Demonstrated experience documenting business processes and functional requirements.
