Role: Tenancy Coordinator

Location: Barnstaple and surrounding areas

Salary: Up to £25,567.20 per annum plus essential car user allowance

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Fixed Term – 6 months Maternity Cover

The Role

We are now looking to recruit a Tenancy Co-ordinator, to join our Neighbourhoods Team. You will be responsible for Tenancy Changes such as successions, name changes and updates to our housing management system and low level anti-social behaviour (ASB)including neighbourhood disputes.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

* To ensure a high-quality customer focused and responsive service is provided when dealing with customers enquiries that relate to the Neighbourhood Team.

* Responsible for low level ASB to include Neighbour disputes.

* Responsible for Tenancy Changes such as successions, name changes and updates to Cx.

* To assist in Estate Inspections and Health and Safety Inspections on patch.

* Responsible for Starter tenancy reviews and Post Tenancy visits including inspection of property.

* To act as the main point of contact for Neighbourhood Customers.

About You

* Previous experience working in a front-line housing service or previous experience working in a front-line customer service position.

* Good inter-personal and people skills.

* Ability to collate, prepare and present information in a clear and logical format.

* Good listening skills and an ability to empathise.

The successful candidate will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
