What You’ll Be Doing
*
Producing thin film components within a controlled clean room environment
*
Handling delicate materials with precision and care
*
Operating specialist production equipment
*
Working with chemicals and associated processing materials
*
Following strict quality and safety procedures
*
Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
*
An enthusiastic and reliable individual with a strong work ethic
*
Excellent attention to fine detail
*
Ability to learn quickly and follow technical procedures
*
Comfortable working in a clean room environment
Qualifications (preferred):
*
Minimum GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science
*
Level 3 qualification in Engineering, Science, or a related field
*
Previous manufacturing or technical experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
