JRS Associates have partnered up with an established plastic injection moulding specialist to recruit two skilled Toolmakers / Bench Hands to join their experienced toolroom team on a permanent basis.

The Successful Toolmaker / Bench Hand - Package:

£37,500 – £40,365 per annum

*

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

*

39-hour working week

*

25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays

*

Permanent, full-time position

*

Stable workload within a specialist plastic injection moulding environment

The Successful Toolmaker / Bench Hand - Requirements:

*

Proven experience working as a Toolmaker or Bench Hand

*

Strong experience working with plastic injection moulding tools

*

Experience assembling plastic injection moulding tools

*

Confident using conventional toolroom machinery, including:

*

Milling machines

*

Lathes

*

Surface grinders

*

Hand tools

*

Experience with bed-out tooling

*

Skilled in polishing and finishing

*

Comfortable working to tight tolerances and high-quality standards

*

Reliable, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
