The Role
You will play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors such as residential, mixed-use, regeneration, and heritage. Working closely with senior team members, you'll be involved in:
Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies
Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
Supporting the delivery of complex and high-profile developments
Contributing to planning strategies and reportsAbout You
To be considered, you should have:
A degree (and ideally a postgraduate qualification) in Town Planning or a related field
Progress towards (or interest in) MRTPI status
Previous experience in a consultancy or local authority setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for planningWhat's on Offer
