What you'll be doing
Own and develop a niche within the IT recruitment market
Build genuine relationships with clients and candidates
Run outbound business development: calls, outreach, pipeline building
Source, screen, and interview candidates
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from brief to offerTraining & progression
8 to 10 week structured onboarding with hands-on mentoring
Merit-based promotion

Competitive base salary
Uncapped monthly commission, £1,000 to £15,000+ is genuinely achievable
