We recruit across 5 core construction sectors:
* Trades & Labour
* White Collar Freelance
* Permanent
* Civil Engineering (Civils)
* M&E (Mechanical & Electrical)
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
* Sourcing candidates (resourcer / recruiter duties)
* Writing and posting job adverts
* Speaking with candidates and clients
* Building relationships and developing business
* Supporting senior consultants on live roles
* Learning recruitment, sales, and negotiation skills
🎯 What We’re Looking For
* Graduate / trainee / entry-level sales background
* Motivated by money and career progression
* Strong communication skills
* Resilient, competitive, and hardworking
* Sales, retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience (preferred)
