£25,250 basic salary + uncapped commission
1st year OTE £30–35k (top billers £100k+)

What You’ll Do You’ll be trained to run the full 360 recruitment process, including:
Building relationships with candidates and clients
Having confident business conversations
Business develepment via cold calling and meetings
Working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Matching candidates to suitable roles
Managing multiple priorities professionally
Handling pressure, feedback and rejection positively
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
Your First 6 Months
Structured recruitment training from day one
High‑activity learning: calls, interviews and follow‑ups
Regular coaching and clear expectations
Gradual increase in responsibility
Supportive team environment focused on fast growth
