You’d join the local sales team of a well-established, family-owned advertising company that helps businesses reach customers in their area. You’ll be trained hands-on by the managing director, the sales manager and a dedicated sales trainer.
What you’ll do
* Win new local advertisers through a set number of calls each day
* Build relationships with local business owners, by phone and face to face
* Look after and grow the accounts you bring in
* Learn the products and the sales process alongside experienced sellers
You’ll bring
* Confidence on the phone, including calling people you’ve never spoken to
* A warm, approachable manner and the ability to think on your feet
* A genuine wish to build a career in sales, and to learn and be coached
* A steady, reliable work history
* No sales experience needed
