Transport Administrator

Our client, an established transport and distribution company, based in Spalding are looking for a Transport Support Operator. The role will involve dispatching outbound drivers, this will mean ensuring that the correct paperwork is issued and that the driver fully understands all instructions. You will also be responsible for monitoring vehicle progression through all stages of the journey. You will assist in resolving operational issues, collating and presenting KPIs and liaise with other internal departments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Service, be used to working in a pressurised environment and have experience of organising work activity
