Axcis Education is currently recruiting unqualified Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in Solihull. This is a role starting in September 2026.

About the Role
This is a full-time Teaching Assistant position, working Monday to Friday (8:30am – 4:00pm).

Pay rate: £14.25 per hour

You will:
• Support children aged 4–11 years in a primary school setting
• Work with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
• Provide personalised, one-to-one and small group support
• Build positive, meaningful relationships with students
• Help create a calm and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements

To be considered, you should have:
• A passion for supporting young people
• A caring, patient, and empathetic approach
• Strong ability to build positive relationships with pupils
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
• Availability for full-time work (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm)
