This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced upholsterers who take pride in their craftsmanship, have a keen eye for detail, and can produce high-quality upholstered furniture in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
*
Assemble furniture in line with design specifications and company quality standards
*
Follow all health and safety guidelines, including correct use of PPE at all times
*
Handle materials and finished products carefully to avoid damage
*
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards
Requirements
*
Proven experience as an upholsterer is essential
*
Experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment is advantageous
*
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications accurately
*
Ability to work efficiently without compromising on quality
Pay & Benefits
*
£13.24 – £20.00 per hour
*
Pay-by-results structure offering excellent earning potential
Working Hours
*
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
*
Friday: 6:00am – 1:00pm
