Vehicle Damage Assessor

kolt recruitment are looking for a VDA to join a busy accident repair centre based in high wycombe. this is a great opportunity for an experienced vehicle damage assessor to join a well-established bodyshop, working within a fast-paced environment and playing a key role in the repair process from estimate through to completion.
key responsibilities:

* carry out accurate and detailed vehicle damage assessments

* prepare repair estimates using industry-recognised systems

* liaise with insurance companies, engineers and customers

* identify additional damage and update estimates accordingly

* ensure all repairs are cost-effective and meet required standards

* work closely with the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow

requirements:

* previous experience as a vda or estimator within an accident repair centre

* strong knowledge of vehicle repair methods and processes

* experience using estimating systems such as audatex or glassmatix

* excellent communication and organisational skills

* ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

* full uk driving licence preferred
