We’re recruiting for a full-time Level 3 Vehicle Technician in Bristol. You’ll work in a busy workshop handling diagnostics, servicing, maintenance and repair across a varied fleet. This is a chance to join a team where quality, professionalism, and technical skill are valued.
Key Responsibilities
*
Perform diagnostics and fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems
*
Carry out servicing, repairs, maintenance, and replacements (brakes, suspension, steering, etc.)
*
Work to manufacturer and industry standards to ensure safety and compliance
*
Keep accurate job details, use diagnostic tools, record work in workshop systems
*
Might be involved in MOT prep / post-MOT repair where needed
*
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
*
NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
*
Solid experience as a Technician working on light vehicles or mixed fleet
*
Strong diagnostic skills, able to work with tools, technical manuals, diagnostic software
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Good attention to detail, reliable, ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Salary & Benefits Package
*
Basic salary between £35,000 – £45,000 OTE depending on experience & qualifications
*
Bonus scheme / performance related pay to boost earnings
*
Working hours typically Monday-Friday, with possible rotational Saturdays or overtime
*
Standard holiday entitlement + bank holidays
*
