Key Responsibilities
Carry out advanced diagnostic work and complex repairs
Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
Support and guide junior technicians with technical queries
Perform vehicle health checks and ensure all documentation is accurate
Maintain high workshop standards and promote a positive team culture
About You
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills using modern diagnostic tools
Confident working independently and supporting others when required
Committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Full UK driving licence
What's on Offer
Up to £38,000 basic salary
£50,000 OTE (including overtime and performance bonuses)
Monday-Friday working hours (occasional Saturday on rota)
