Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Voids Supervisor to join one of our East Midlands based clients on a full-time permanent basis

Daily duties of the Voids Supervisor:

Be responsible for delivering an efficient and effective service
Carry out site supervision of work in progress
Liaise with all trade operatives, subcontractors and customers for the effective delivery of works
Responsible for the planned void works
Assist the planning of the overall labour and resource needed to deliver the work streams
Inspect void properties when necessaryEssential requirements of the Voids Supervisor:

Basic DBS (or willing to undertake)
