Warehouse Operative

TalentRA Ltd is a UK recruitment agency supplying warehouse, logistics and driving staff to clients across the West Midlands. We employ our workers directly on PAYE. We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to work at our client sites across the Midlands. You will be part of a busy warehouse team handling stock, orders and goods movement to agreed targets and quality standards. Full onsite induction and training is given — previous warehouse experience is welcome but not essential for all roles.
How to apply — registration is mandatory
All applicants must register themselves on our website at talentrashifts website.
Registration takes around 10 minutes and is the only way to be added to our worker database and offered shifts. We cannot book you onto a shift until your registration is complete.
To register:
1. Go to talentrashifts website
2. Complete the online registration form with your personal details, address, National Insurance number and availability
3. Upload your right to work documents (passport, BRP or share code), proof of address and any licences or certificates
4. Provide your bank details for weekly PAYE payment
5. Submit the form — a member of the TalentRA recruitment team will then contact you to confirm your details and discuss available shifts
