We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join a busy logistics team in Smethwick, Birmingham.
This is a hands-on warehouse role involving parcel handling, sorting and loading activities within a fast-paced logistics environment, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position after 12 successful weeks.
What will you be doing?
Unloading trailers and handling incoming parcels
Sorting parcels accurately for delivery routes
Loading and moving parcels within the warehouse
Supporting the smooth running of daily warehouse operations
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
Following warehouse procedures and health and safety guidelinesWhat we're looking for:
Previous warehouse or parcel-handling experience is desirable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to lift and handle parcels and work on your feet throughout the shift
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
Flexible and willing to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends
Positive attitude and willingness to learnThis is an excellent opportunity to join a busy logistics operation, with the potential to secure a permanent position after 12 successful weeks.
