WELSH SPEAKING Teaching Assistant

You will work closely with teachers to support pupils in a classroom setting, helping to deliver engaging lessons and providing one-to-one or small group support. A key part of this role is promoting and supporting the use of the Welsh language across the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support teaching and learning activities in the classroom

Assist pupils with additional learning needs

Encourage and promote Welsh language use

Help prepare classroom materials and resources

Provide pastoral support to pupils as needed

Requirements:

Fluency in Welsh (spoken and written)

Experience working with children (preferred but not essential)

A positive, patient, and proactive attitude

Strong communication and teamwork skills
