The Role: Workforce Optimization Manager

Location: Sheffield, UK

Position Type: Contract Inside IR35

Remote work option Available: Hybrid 2- 3 Days Onsite

Job Description:

* Ability to distil complex and varied data into meaningful information; good process analysis and problem-solving skills.

* Attention to detail and ability to ensure that information is captured in a timely manner.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Proven ability to deliver HR Projects and understand the HR implications associated with business transformation.

* Proven experience in regional or functional financial budgeting, strategic workforce planning, communication, and people management processes.

* Previous background of working in a matrix organization structure; ability to persuade individuals at different levels.

* Evidence of delivery in a similar role within a global organization.

* Understanding of the principles of organization design and able to identify and challenge variance
