Location: Bristol, Avon
Salary: £32,000-£35,000 base salary
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 07:00 – 18:00, Friday 07:00 – 16:00

About the Client:
Interaction Technical has partnered with a well-established national plant hire firm to support their team expansion. Our client is looking to onboard a yard operative to join their team at the Avonmouth depot. They offer a comprehensive training scheme with the opportunity to progress into an engineer.
The Package:
20 days Annual Leave + Public Holidays
Full training and ongoing development
Opportunity to gain various certifications (NVQ, LOLER, CSCS etc)
Free onsite parking
Quarterly bonuses
Christmas shut down and bonuses
The Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain plant equipment and workshop areas
Drive to suppliers to collect tools, parts, and materials
Carry out painting, sweeping, and general yard duties
Assist with basic mechanical tasks under supervision
Ensure the yard and workshop are kept safe, tidy, and well-organized
Support the engineering and signage teams with ad hoc tasks
The Requirements:
Hands-on, practical mindset with a willingness to learn
Reliable, self-motivated, and physically fit
Interest in mechanical development and open to training
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
