Year 2 Teacher – Part-Time (Mon & Tues)
Start Date: 13th April | Ongoing Opportunity | B19 Area

Bright Star Talent are working with a welcoming, well-led primary school in the B19 area who are looking to secure an exceptional Year 2 Teacher to join them on a part-time basis (Mondays and Tuesdays) after Easter half term.

This role is ideal for a highly experienced and confident Teacher who takes pride in delivering excellent teaching and achieving strong outcomes. The school is seeking someone who can step in with confidence, bring energy to the classroom, and maintain the high standards already in place.

You’ll be teaching a settled Year 2 class with clear routines, supportive leadership, and a team around you that genuinely values collaboration and consistency.

The Role:

Full responsibility for a Year 2 class on Mondays and Tuesdays

*

Delivering engaging, creative, and purposeful lessons

*

Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement

*

Using assessment effectively to drive pupil progress

*

Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND

We Are Looking For:

An experienced KS1 teacher (Year 2 essential) with a proven track record

*

A confident professional with excellent classroom management

*

Someone who is proactive, organised, and committed to high standards

*

A teacher who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact

*

This role is not suitable for ECTs
