Assistant Buyer
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with sourcing materials and obtaining supplier quotations
* Raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries
* Supporting supplier and subcontractor relationships
* Monitoring stock levels and project material requirements
* Maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation
* Providing day-to-day support to the buying team and operational staff
Requirements
* Previous experience in a buying, procurement, or administrative role preferred
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
* Experience within civils, construction, or utilities is advantageous
