The Associate Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of multiple residential and commercial projects, managing them from inception through to completion. As an Associate Project Manager, you will provide high-level project direction, ensuring schemes are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards.
The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for leading project teams, managing senior client relationships, and supporting business development activities. You will oversee programme management, procurement strategies, and risk management, while ensuring best practice across all RIBA stages. This Associate Project Manager role will also involve mentoring and developing junior team members, as well as contributing to the overall growth strategy of the business.

The ideal Associate Project Manager will have a strong consultancy background with extensive experience delivering residential and commercial projects. The Associate Project Manager will be confident in a client-facing leadership role and capable of managing multiple stakeholders and complex schemes.
Key requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Associate Project Manager within construction consultancy
Strong track record across residential and commercial sectors
MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or equivalent professional qualification
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
Strong commercial awareness and project delivery expertise
Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
