Business Development Manager
Salary £90,000 base salary + performance bonus (OTE c. £120,000)
Overview I am seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to join a growing business currently generating £7 million in annual revenue. The business has achieved this success organically and is now looking to scale, with a clear objective of adding an additional £3 million in revenue per year.
This is a pivotal role, working closely with the business owner, focused on driving new business opportunities and expanding the company’s client base.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Actively network and attend industry events to generate leads and market presence
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with growth targets
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
Provide regular reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and performance against targetsCandidate Profile
Proven track record in business development, with a strong ability to generate significant new revenue
Background in Design & Build (D&B) and/or commercial fit-out sector is essential
Established network within relevant industries is highly desirable
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
