About the role

We're looking for experienced Carpenters to join a leading Social Housing Contractor, carrying out extra works, reactive carpentry repairs and maintenance across occupied and void properties in the North West and North East regions.

What you'll be doing:

Reactive and planned carpentry repairs
1st & 2nd fix carpentry
Doors, frames, skirting, architraves
Kitchen and bathroom repairs
Flooring repairs
Minor joinery tasks
Working in occupied properties, delivering high‑quality service
Completing job sheets and ensuring safe working practices

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Carpentry / Joinery Apprenticeship
City & Guilds Carpentry or NVQ Level 2/3 in Wood Occupations
DBS (or willingness to obtain)
Asbestos Awareness - UKATA or IATP
Strong domestic repairs/maintenance background
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
