About the role

We're looking for an experienced Plumber to join a leading Social Housing Contractor, carrying out extra works, reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance across occupied and void properties in the North West London area.

What you'll be doing:

Reactive and planned plumbing repairs
Fault finding and leak detection
Repairing or replacing pipework, taps, traps, cylinders, and sanitaryware
Bathroom and kitchen plumbing maintenance
Minor multi‑trade work when required
Ensuring high‑quality workmanship in occupied properties
Completing job sheets and adhering to safe working practices

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

JIB-PMES Plumbing & Mechanical Services qualification
Strong background in domestic plumbing repairs & maintenance
DBS (or willingness to obtain)
Asbestos Awareness - UKATA or IATP
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
