I’m working with a well-established, expanding residential surveying practice looking to appoint additional Residential Valuation Surveyors due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of lender work.
This is a rare opportunity to join a supportive, non-corporate team where your diary is managed for you, travel is minimal, and earnings are truly achievable.

* MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
* Residential valuation / survey experience
* Comfortable working independently
* Quality-focused with good commercial awareness
Earnings & Package - Two pay models available - your choice:
Option A
£50,000 basic + car allowance + strong commission
Option B
£60,000 basic + car allowance + lighter commission
Target billing: £180k–£220k
Realistic total earnings: £70k–£90k
