⏰ Part-Time (3 days per week)
We are looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into an established desk within a busy, fast-paced public sector recruitment environment, working with local authorities and public sector clients across London and beyond.
🔹 The Role
You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
* Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates
* Managing live vacancies across public sector clients
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Conducting candidate interviews and compliance checks
* Managing offers, placements and aftercare
* Business development and growing your desk
* Working with vendor systems such as Matrix / Prism (or similar)
🔹 About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* An experienced recruitment consultant (agency experience essential)
* Confident working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Strong in both candidate management and client development
* Highly organised with excellent communication skills
* Familiar with public sector recruitment
