Job Description
Manage sales inbox enquiries and respond promptly to customers
Log and update customer interactions in the CRM system
Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate teams
Prepare and process quotations, including supplier follow-ups
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer responsesSales Support Administrator
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
Experienced in managing high-volume workloads with accuracy in fast-paced environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident with internal and external stakeholders
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
