Aspire People are recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils within KS2 in a welcoming and inclusive primary school.

The school is looking for a committed and experienced TA to join them on a long-term basis from September, with the option to attend trial days or begin working before the summer holidays.

You will be supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEMH, ADHD, and learning difficulties, helping them to stay engaged, build confidence, and make academic progress.

The Role:
* Supporting pupils with additional needs within a KS2 classroom
* Assisting with differentiated Maths and English work
* Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation
* Helping pupils develop independence and confidence
* Working collaboratively with teaching staff and SENCO
* Monitoring and feeding back on pupil progress

The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience working with SEND or SEMH needs
* Confident supporting KS2 pupils
* Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
* Adaptable and resilient approach
* Committed to long-term support and consistency
